John McGarry began his recruiting career in 1996 with a small staffing firm specializing in technology sales. As the fourth recruiter hired, he played a key role in the company’s rapid growth to 85 recruiters by 2000, when the company earned a spot on Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 list for three consecutive years. John consistently excelled, achieving President’s Club status multiple times and launching the Southeast division. He later co-founded Boston Partners with two former managers. In 2020, John started his own venture to provide top-tier recruiting services across the U.S. and Canada.
